6-Month Manufacturer's Warranty

Every CHOBYNER product is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. This covers stitching that comes undone, zippers or hardware that fail under normal use, and filling that shifts or clumps due to workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from improper care — machine washing, soaking, tumble drying, or ironing
• Normal wear and tear, including natural fiber shedding over time
• Damage from pets, sharp objects, or rough handling
• Purchased-on-sale items marked final sale (if any)

How to Make a Claim

Email support@chobyner.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or short video of the defect. We reply within 24 hours on business days. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Care Tips (Keep Your Warranty Active)

Spot clean only — gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not machine wash, do not soak, and keep your plush away from direct heat and sunlight. Use the included comb to keep the fur fluffy and smooth.
