Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.
Processing Time
Every order is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves our workshop. Processing takes 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of $59 or more — free shipping
- Orders under $59 — flat rate of $7.99
Delivery Estimates
Parcels to the United States typically arrive within about 8 days (always within 7–15 business days) after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. We work with UPS, USPS, DHL and EMS.
Customs & Import Duties
Import duties are already included in the price you pay — you will never be charged customs duty on delivery. As part of our new-store launch offer, we cover all applicable sales taxes on your behalf — no sales tax will be added at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Delays
During peak shopping seasons or customs inspections, deliveries may take longer than the estimates above. We appreciate your patience.
Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reship parcels that are lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
