This website is operated by MAIKE INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, owner of the CHOBYNER brand. By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Products

CHOBYNER plush bags and accessories are decorative fashion and companion products. They are not pet carriers and are not designed to transport live animals. Products are intended for ages 3 and up. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur between screens and production batches.

3. Orders & Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent. All prices are listed in US dollars. Import duties are included in the price; applicable sales taxes and EU VAT, where required, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

5. Returns & Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty coverage are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
